Make sure that you are calling in to dispatch both when you pick up and when you deliver so that we can keep our screens as up to date as possible. By making these phone calls daily (as well as your daily check in call) it helps our dispatchers see where drivers are landing and we are constantly trying to find the closest drivers to trucks to help reduce deadhead.
